At the workshop, leader of Inspection Department disseminated basic contents of Decision No 127 of the Politburo on the "Regulation on supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other socio-political organizations"; coordination programs No 17-CTPH/HND-MTTQ-BNN&PTNT-BCT dated 17/7/2014 among Viet Nam Farmers’ Union, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade on “ Monitoring the implementation of the legislation on manufacturing, trading agricultural materials period 2014-2020” and guided the process and methods to conduct on supervision and social criticism of  Farmers’ Union at all levels.

Also in the training workshop, the representatives of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development guided the provisions of the law on the management, production and trading of agricultural materials, processes on using agricultural materials, methods of identifying counterfeit and shoddy products.

Through the training program, staffs of Farmers’ Union at all levels have gasped new knowledge and processes to implement supervision and social criticism. Making proposals to the Party and the State agencies to revise, amend appropriate policies; reviewing and handling policy violations, particularly  the field of manufacturing and trading of agricultural materials towards intersectoral collaboration program.
